The purpose of the present investigation was to identify how knowledge about goal-setting is developed and applied in practice of male players in the Swedish national floorball team, by using a qualitative methodology. Participants were 6 players playing for the Swedish national team. They were asked to respond to the interview questions in relation to their perception of setting goals for a successful outcome in sports, how their goal- setting process has developed and how they deal with Goal setbacks and goal attainment. Results revealed that Swedish national players in floorball employed goal setting often for both individual and team goals in practice and competition. In addition, many interesting findings regarding the process of goal setting emerged in the result.

The primary aim of this paper is to highlight someof the key characteristics of extraordinary entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, as well as gain a deeper understandingof what motivates them, from a time and goal-oriented perspective. Despite the importance of theseindividuals and their massive impact on society's future, there is still a lot that hasn't been investigatedregarding their entrepreneurial drive, from an academic perspective. A comparison between two groups ofindividuals was made, with a total of twenty in-depth interviews.

The 1st of January 2009 a new goal was set for the emergency care in Stockholms läns landsting. This new goal stated that 70 per cent of the patients shall not spend more than four hours in the hospital when requesting emergency care. The processes in the emergency room at Södersjukhuset do not cope with this new goal. The authors studied the reasons for this and made suggestions based on the findings. The conclusions were that the emergency room should place doctors much earlier in the emergency care process or implement a system where specialists act as tutors to non-specialized doctors.

The main reason for doing this kind ofproject was to find out if it was possible to make a relatively advanced application with user friendly tools. We tested the software MIT App Inventor, and the ability to create a useful application for people who wants to get an overview of their energy intake.During the process we found out that it was possible, but minor setbacks occurred. The main idea of our vision; to make a calculator and a registry with different kinds of food and their amount of calories, was completed quite easily. Later on, design alternatives and more advanced functions were not possible for us to make.This might have been because of the short amount of time the project was given, but also, and more likely, because the software did not contain that kind of advanced functions. AimThe general aim with the study was to investigate what the reasons for quitting and/or continuing with a sport are, using competitive sailing as an example.MethodsThe used method was partly a survey investigation of 20 people and partly deep interviews with 8 of the persons who responded to the survey investigation. The respondents in the investigated group are all former active sailors within the Aland Island Yacht Club. Half of the group have continued sailing actively since the optimist class and the other half have quit competitive sailing. In the survey 15 men and 5 women participated and in the deep interviews 4 men and 4 women participated. The survey covered a great age span.

The aim of this study is to investigate how preschool teachers reason about gender stereotypical and gender neutral toys and other material. I would also like to see how the pedagogues reason about gender segregation when it comes to toys. To investigate the issue, I have interviewed three pedagogues from different preschools. The results showed that the work procedures differed a bit from school to school, although they all wanted to achieve the same goal. A goal that our curriculum mention as well: Not to make a difference between boys and girls.

Goal-Oriented Action Planning (GOAP) är en AI-arkitektur som tillämpar ett måldrivet beteende åt agenter i spel. Mål uppnås genom att planer med åtgärder genereras med hjälp av en sökalgoritm. Syftet med denna rapport är att undersöka hur två sökalgoritmer, A* och IDA*, presterar under planering i GOAP.De experimenten som används är dels en miljö där agenter simuleras, samt ett test där planer genereras för samtliga implementerade mål utan rendering och simulering av agenter. Data som utvärderas är bl.a. planeringstiden, antal besökta noder under sökning och genererade planer.Utvärderingen visar en tydlig fördel till A*, som i snitt är 38 % snabbare än IDA* vid planering av åtgärder i GOAP.

This essay is aimed at exploring how governments inclination to adhere to international human rights law develops in the wake of interstate conflicts. It examines how human rights in Eritrea and Ethiopia has developed after the war in 1998-2000 by examining the historical background to the war, and reviewing country reports from United States State Department and Amnesty International between 2001-2005.The result of the paper shows that Eritrea's adherence to human rights suffered setbacks, and that some of these happened due to the aftermath of the war. Ethiopia also had some lesser setback primarily due to internal turmoil. The purpose of this paper was, on the basis of the association?s annual reports, to describe appropriate key performance indicators for non-profit associations. The purpose was furthermore to study how the associations show their goal-attainment. The research was delimited to contain the second category of non profit associations, which include sports associations. The authors choose three non profit associations, which according to the law, shall draw up annual reports. The three ice hockey associations HV71, MODO Hockey and Frölunda Hockey Club, were thereafter chosen on the basis of those delimits.
